Description
Coin Cell Disassemble Machine LT-CX120 is a coin cell disassembler with a lighter weight and a smaller footprint. The coin cell disassembling machine is suitable for disassembling various types of coin cells, such as CR2032, CR2025, and CR2016, without destroying the internals of the cell in order to study the materials inside. It can also disassemble CR2325 and CR2450 with other special-size cases with optional die sets. In addition, customers can easily replace the original die for crimping purposes. LT-CX120 is designed for operations outside a glove box. It is mainly used in the laboratory to disassemble button batteries for picking up and researching. Different molds can also be used for battery sealing, pole piece pressing, and battery powder cake pressing.

| Warranty | Attention: The built-in small hydraulic pump is not designed for holding high pressure. The pressure inside will be released gradually after reaching 50~80 Kg/cm^2 (which is sufficient for disassembling the coin cell). Access the Over-pressure limit screw by removing the front panel. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to extend hands and other parts to the dangerous areas of guide pillars, slide plates, and disassembly work to cause personal injury. Two or more persons are not allowed to operate to avoid accidental injury. |
| Application Notes | When the machine is not disassembled manually, the handwheel of the oil unloading valve is loosened to return the movable template to its original position. If the dismantling machine is not used for a long time, spray rust oil for protection. Regularly check the screws, nuts, pins, and other fasteners on each part of the manual dismantling machine to prevent loosening and prevent quality accidents and personal accidents of the dismantling machine.
